Senior ERP PM (Workday/UKG)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior ERP PM (Workday/UKG) based in Canada. Take the lead on enterprise ERP transformation initiatives for a healthcare organization, driving delivery across Workday and UKG platforms. In this remote, contract-based role, you will coordinate complex project workstreams, align cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones are achieved on time. You will oversee key UKG implementation activities, including module extensions and productivity initiatives, while maintaining strong project governance. Working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, operational leaders, executive stakeholders, and external consultants, you will help resolve risks and manage dependencies. Your leadership will support implementation readiness, transition planning, and stabilization across critical enterprise systems. This initial three-month engagement offers the potential for extension or conversion, with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on healthcare operations.
