Join a collaborative, remote-first team focused on implementing and optimizing commercial insurance technology solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and Managing General Agent (MGA) operations to support the implementation of the Sure Commercial platform. You will work closely with underwriters, business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to translate complex business needs into practical system configurations and functional specifications. From broker submissions and underwriting workflows to rating, policy issuance, and renewals, your work will help streamline the end-to-end insurance lifecycle. You will also drive requirements analysis, system integration planning, and testing activities to ensure solutions meet business and operational expectations.
