Head of Compliance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Compliance based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced healthcare compliance leader to oversee regulatory strategy and ensure the integrity of a growing, technology-enabled healthcare organization. In this flexible, part-time role, you will lead compliance across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer programs, covering clinical documentation, coding, billing, revenue cycle operations, and healthcare privacy. You will play a critical role in maintaining compliant physician-practice management structures and navigating complex federal and state healthcare regulations. Working closely with clinical leaders, operations teams, engineers, and external partners, you will translate regulatory requirements into practical policies, controls, and workflows. You will also build and maintain a comprehensive compliance program that supports risk prevention, accountability, and organizational growth.
