The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and achieving the spa’s revenue and business objectives. The role involves managing spa services, leading and developing the team, controlling operational costs, and ensuring that all treatments and facilities meet the hotel's standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 :  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a Spa Manager or similar managerial role within a luxury hotel or resort. • Proven track record in budget management, cost control, and achieving revenue targets. • Excellent command of English, additional languages are an advantage. • Hands on approach with strong operational and problem solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and follow-up skills. • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and service excellence. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high performing team.
