(Senior) Consultant Operations Strategy & Industry Solutions | Public Sector

Above all, you dare to be yourself, bringing your own professional perspective, personality and way of working.   Additionally, as a (Senior) Consultant you have:  - A master's degree and 3+ years of relevant (consulting) experience and/or demonstrable experience with operating model design, process optimization, and/or technology-enabled transformation  - Experience with project management, independently managing workstreams and delivering work packages, and/or knowledge of agile ways of working  - An interest in the public sector organizations   - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; you can translate complex analyses into clear insights and impactful presentations  - Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbal and written  As a (Senior) Consultant within Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions (OI&DS), you will work in a multidisciplinary team on transformation programmes for public sector clients for example in the defense, justice and security domain or central government agencies. You will contribute to strategic decision-making, translate strategic choices into operating models and core processes, and implement these changes throughout the organization. We believe the greatest impact comes from working alongside clients to turn the proposed solutions into reality.   You will work on complex societal challenges in which issues such as resource shortages, digitalization, and geopolitical tensions in the public sector call for new ways of organizing and working. Together with your team, you will help clients become more efficient, effective, and ready for the future. You will have plenty of opportunities to learn and develop yourself.
