Fashion Product Developer (Menswear/Unisex)

About the job There’s a gap between a great design and a great garment, and you’re the one who closes it. At Suspicious Antwerp, we build products people actually want to wear. Our design team is strong, but we need someone who can bridge the space between creative vision and production: someone who looks at a piece of garment, spots exactly why it isn’t sitting right, and knows precisely how to communicate the fix to our factory. You translate the design input into a real product that fits, is well made and hits its cost. You own can we make it, does it fit, at what cost. The Brand Lead gives direction and is consulted on product; you run the development hands-on, from first idea to final fit.
