Your role as a Working student in our team: At Gravite, we are looking for a motivated, curious and fast learner Working Student (f/m/d) to support our day to day business operation in a Business Development / Pre-Sales capacity in the beautiful city of Hamburg. We are a global mobile ad tech company dedicated to optimising revenue for app publishers. Offering a fully managed service for premium mobile publishers, with 3 core products: monetisation solutions for mobile apps via our Gravite mediation SDK, our Marketplace and a DSP, which offer smarter ways to sell and buy in-app inventory. As a Google Certified Publishing Partner (GCPP) and one of a few mediation platforms supporting Google Bidding , Gravite offers its clients  maximum support and access to Google products. Our tightly-knit international team of 20 developers, account managers, marketers, and business development managers share a common passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with our sales team, contributing to pre-sales activities. If this sounds like you, we look forward to talking to you! - You will generate and qualify leads through online research, social media, and outbound outreach, and support the team in qualifying inbound leads. - You will research, maintain, and update leads and opportunities in our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and completeness. - You will conduct outreach to prospects to develop new sales opportunities and move them through the pipeline. - You will support the creation of presentations, sales enablement materials, and direct email marketing campaigns tailored to key clients and prospects. - You will prepare market and competitor analysis, monitor AdTech industry trends, and share insights with the sales team to inform our go-to-market approach. - You will participate in discovery calls with prospective clients, helping to identify business needs, supporting early-stage sales discussions and taking ownership of initial follow-up activities to ensure smooth progression of sales opportunities. What you bring: - You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. - You have a strong interest in digital advertising, ad technology, or the programmatic ecosystem — you follow industry trends and are curious about how the ad tech stack works. - You are a confident communicator with strong written and spoken English, able to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling content for sales and client-facing materials. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with CRM tools or eager to learn. - You have first experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and are excited about applying them to improve your daily work and productivity. - You are a proactive self-starter who takes ownership of tasks, works independently, and follows through without needing constant direction. - You thrive in an international, fast-moving environment and enjoy collaborating across teams and time zones. - Additional languages are a plus — German in particular is an advantage. What we offer you: - Competitive compensation including performance-based bonuses, employee vouchers, bicycle leasing (JobRad), and a subsidized transportation ticket. - Flexible working with remote, hybrid, and on-site options, flexible hours, and a generous vacation package — so you can work the way that suits you best. - Real ownership and impact — we work at eye level with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths. Everyone is encouraged to contribute, drive topics forward, and shape the direction of the team. - A place to grow — access to a wide range of internal and external training and development opportunities to support your personal and professional growth. - A front-row seat in ad tech — work alongside top experts and key industry players in one of the most dynamic and technically complex areas of digital media, with the energy of a startup and the reach of an international group. - Strong team culture with regular team events, shared lunches, and a genuine focus on employee wellbeing. - State-of-the-art hardware and a company mobile phone for work and personal use. - Within the company we have a share options plan. *Please read the Gravite’s Applicant Data Protection Policy.
