Sr. Program Manager, Health Science

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Program Manager, Health Science based in the United States. Lead healthcare quality improvement initiatives that help hospitals and healthcare organizations deliver better cardiovascular and stroke care. In this role, you will manage strategic customer relationships, oversee program implementation, and guide projects that translate clinical evidence into measurable improvements in patient outcomes. You will collaborate with hospital leaders, clinical teams, emergency medical services (EMS), and healthcare stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and support the adoption of evidence-based practices. Your responsibilities will span project delivery, data-driven decision-making, staff management, customer engagement, and the dissemination of successful care models. You will also partner with sales and clinical teams to expand program participation, strengthen customer retention, and help reduce health disparities. This opportunity combines healthcare expertise, relationship management, and program leadership within a mission-driven environment focused on improving population health. The position is full-time and remote, with occasional travel and funding currently secured through December 15, 2028, with the possibility of extension.
