As a Senior Contract Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of client and project-level agreements, ensuring contractual accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with commercial teams, clients, suppliers, and legal stakeholders to prepare, review, and negotiate essential contractual documents. The role combines contract administration, process improvement, data analysis, and policy implementation. You will help strengthen contracting practices across multiple operating companies while ensuring agreements meet business and client requirements. This is a remote opportunity for a detail-oriented professional based on the US East Coast or working on Eastern Time (EST).
