Senior Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Business Analyst based in Brazil. We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting a major cloud migration initiative for a U.S.-based organization in the workers’ compensation and disability insurance sector. In this role, you will help translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that guide development and testing. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, software developers, and QA professionals to ensure project objectives are well understood and successfully delivered. Working within an established project team, you will contribute to an ongoing migration from on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft Azure. This is a hands-on position focused on requirements gathering, functional documentation, and backlog management rather than solution architecture.
