Managing Consultant – Business Analyst (Capital Markets Operations)

Delta Capita is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a strategic transformation programme within a leading Investment Banking client. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, strengthening controls, enhancing margin call and payment accuracy, and driving sustainable process improvements across Operations teams. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Business, Risk, Controls and Change stakeholders to analyse current-state processes, identify control gaps, design future-state operating models and deliver operational transformation initiatives. This is not a Technology BA, PMO, Regulatory Reporting or Product Owner role. We are specifically seeking candidates with hands-on experience delivering change within Investment Banking Operations environments.
