About the job: - Develop and optimize high-efficiency Supercharging Converter systems used in Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure, ensuring performance and high reliability. - Create technical specifications and detailed schematics for Supercharging Converter designs. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and mechanical engineers, to ensure seamless integration and operation of Supercharging Converter systems. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in power conversion, battery charging, and renewable energy systems. - Participate in industry conferences and seminars to advance knowledge in supercharging technologies. - Identify and define technical research directions and topics with the potential to significantly impact the industry and our company's mid-to-long-term business goals.
