Senior Engineering Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on professional to lead the evolution of product development processes within a global, remote-first technology environment. In this role, you will own the end-to-end Product Development Process (PDP), ensuring strong alignment between product strategy, engineering execution, and business priorities. You will also design, build, and maintain automated workflows using an enterprise orchestration platform to improve operational efficiency and streamline product delivery. By applying practical experience with AI agents and agentic workflows, you will help transform how product teams collaborate and execute their work. This role combines engineering expertise, process design, and product thinking to drive measurable improvements across multiple teams.
