Contract Recruiter

Join a fast-growing healthcare technology organization working to make healthcare innovation more accessible and improve patient outcomes. As a Contract Recruiter, you will partner directly with leadership to drive full-cycle hiring across the United States and Canada. You will own recruitment initiatives from initial role intake and talent sourcing through interviews, offer negotiations, and successful placements. Beyond filling open positions, you will help strengthen hiring practices, coach hiring managers, and build scalable recruitment processes that support business growth. This hands-on role offers significant autonomy in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment. The initial six-month contract may also provide an opportunity to extend the engagement or transition into a full-time Talent Partner position, depending on performance and business needs.
