Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to manage accounts payable and support core accounting operations within a growing, multi-entity SaaS business. In this role, you will oversee vendor invoice processing, corporate card transactions, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities across multiple entities and currencies. You will work closely with vendors, budget owners, and internal accounting teams to ensure accurate financial records, timely payments, and compliance with established policies. Using tools such as NetSuite and modern spend management platforms, you will help maintain efficient financial workflows and resolve discrepancies.
