This position will uphold the Hydrite “Standards of Excellence” through continuous commitment to customer satisfaction, both internal and external. This role will run full time from May/June - August 2027. Primary responsibilities include: - Uphold Hydrite’s Standard of Excellence through a continuous commitment to maintain quality facilities and provide quality products and services to internal and external customers - Prepare samples for Distribution, FP, Water Treatment, and Foam Control. - Practice good laboratory safety techniques. - Assist chemists in completing lab requests and projects. - Ship small quantities of hazardous materials. - Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and all other duties to be assigned. - Participate in RCRA, regulatory, health & safety and process training activities as required. - Review changes/additions with your supervisor. Must be RCRA compliant. REPORTING STRUCTURE - This position reports to the Director of Technology. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE - Must be studying to obtain a degree in Chemistry (Junior or Senior). - Completion of following core Chemistry courses: Analytical Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, - Organic Chemistry, and associated labs. - Must possess good laboratory analytical skills. - Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office. - Able to apply advanced math skills and use involved problem solving. - Must be self-motivated. - Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
