Mō te tūranga | About the opportunity We are on the lookout for a superstar self-starter and coffee-making extraordinaire to join the team working part time Saturday or Sunday shifts. -  a minimum of 6.5  hours per week Along with consistently brewing the best coffee in Tauranga you thrive in friendly  and fun environment, and enjoy enriching the lives of our residents. You'll also be responsible for:  - Ensuring all customers have a great experience  - FOH service  - Prepping and serving cabinet food  - Set up and pack down each shift - Maintaining our cafe cleaning, safety, and hygiene standards To tatou kaitono pai | What you bring - Experience in a barista role and hospitality preferred  - Great customer service ethos - Initiative with the ability to manage competing demands  - A commitment to work sustainably He aha ta maatau e tuku | What we can offer  At Arvida, we are passionate about people - both residents and our team members.
