Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team and act as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and greeting all visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.  Responsibilities - Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. - Manage the scheduling of appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services. - Maintain an organized and tidy reception area to create a positive first impression. - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
