The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities - Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and senior designers to deliver effective design solutions. - Translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing interfaces. - Maintain design consistency through established design systems and guidelines. - Incorporate user feedback and usability principles to improve the overall user experience. Required Skills & Qualifications - 0–1 year of experience in UI/UX design; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design tools. - Understanding of user-centered design, wireframing, and prototyping. - Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design. - Familiarity with web and mobile application design principles. - Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to learn. - Bachelor's degree in Design, CSE, Multimedia, or a related discipline (preferred).Preferred Qualifications - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development. - Familiarity with design systems, usability testing, and accessibility principles. - Experience with academic, personal, freelance, or internship-based UI/UX projects. - A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, creativity, and practical UI/UX skills.
