Operations Assistant

One of the leading public utility that provides natural gas and electricity. Duties: - This person will be required to work with Consumers Energy field employees and find HVAC and Appliance parts for the employees. - This person will also have to work with our outside parts supply vendors to make sure parts are ordered from them and returned if needed. - They need to be able to work with management to help manage the employee’s accounts and what they order monthly. - They need to also manage truck and headquarter inventory quarterly and be able to communicate this with management Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are important for this position in order to work well with both customers and employees HVAC or Appliance skills background 1-5 years Computer skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SAP All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
