IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Technicial Support  to join our customer in Phoenix AZ. This is an ONSITE position. Please find below additional details about this job. Client is considering only LOCAL CANDIDATES for this position.  This person should be able to be able to understand the principles and techniques of automated information systems, including: Report SQL forms and reports, Microsoft Office, Access and Movie Maker, Corel Draw, Arc Gls and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Description of duties: - Provide training and technical support to Right of Way staff on existing systems, databases, and programs (60% of responsibilities) - Conduct and analyze specialized applications, systems, processes and programs (40% of responsibilities.)
