Job Responsibilities: - Managing Credit Strategies: Oversee and pilot retail credit portfolio strategies to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with business goals. - Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with the business teams to develop and improve retail credit products, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements. - Credit Portfolio Monitoring: Continuously monitor the credit portfolio to ensure it is performing as expected, identifying any areas of concern or opportunity for improvement. - Anti-Fraud and Verification Strategy: Develop and implement methodologies and strategies for fraud prevention and verification processes to protect the bank and customers. - Reviewing Current Practices: Assess current lending practices and make recommendations for improvements to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency. - Reporting and Documentation: Prepare the structure and content for regular reports on portfolio monitoring, providing clear insights and recommendations to senior management.
