Your mission? Turn leads into clients and keep them engaged and trading. Responsibilities: - Engage new leads, convert them into active clients - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Upsell and cross-sell financial products or services - Provide high-level client support to boost retention - Meet and exceed KPIs in a performance-driven setting
