About the Role We are looking for a driven, energetic, and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to oversee our growing talent acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for a high-performing recruiter with at least 4 years of hands-on experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate is someone who has advanced through the ranks and understands recruitment inside out—someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
