Audit Leader

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join and lead our Corporate Accounting Department for the position of Audit Manager. Key Responsibilities - Plan, supervise, and review audit engagements to ensure high-quality delivery within agreed deadlines - Assess current financial practices and internal controls and provide recommendations for improvement - Review financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IFRS - Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities when required - Supervise and manage client deadlines in accordance with the annual financial calendar - Ensure proper documentation and filing of audit working papers and related documents - Plan, assign, and review audit team members’ work - Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to team members - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication - Prepare reports requested by management, including ad hoc analysis where necessary - Liaise with corporate administrators, tax authorities, and other governmental bodies when required
