We are currently seeking an Senior Enterprise Architect (Insurance Industry) specialist to join one of our clients' teams from Berlin. Responsibilities: - You will define the target end-to-end architecture together with prospective insurance customers and guide them from the initial technical analysis through to the signed solution agreement. - You will present architectural concepts and technical roadmaps convincingly to C-level stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, CDOs) and act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for both technical and business decision-makers. - You will drive technical transformation within the Customer Delivery organization by standardizing architectural practices, introducing modern cloud and SaaS patterns, and enabling delivery teams. - You will serve as a mentor and technical anchor for Solution Architects and Customer Delivery Managers throughout the entire project lifecycle. - You will document architectural decisions, requirements, and technical concepts, ensuring long-term knowledge sharing and retention within the Customer Delivery organization. - You will be responsible for technical communication with all stakeholders—both internal and external—keeping everyone consistently informed and aligned.
