Looking for a pediatric SLP position where you can grow your caseload, build relationships with families, and have a team behind you?
Tri-County Therapy (TCT) is a therapist-owned pediatric practice serving children from birth through age 18 across South Carolina. Our multidisciplinary team provides Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy in clinic, preschool, home, and community settings.
We are growing our Anderson team and are looking for Speech-Language Pathologists—and Clinical Fellows!—who love working with children and want the support, flexibility, and resources to do their best work.

Full-Time Clinic SLP or CF
Build a consistent pediatric caseload in our Anderson clinic while working alongside a multidisciplinary therapy team.
Full-Time Mixed Clinic + Community SLP or CF

CFs are encouraged to apply! We provide mentorship, supervision, and ongoing support as you transition from graduate school into independent clinical practice.

🗣️ What You'll Do
As a pediatric SLP at Tri-County Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Evaluate and treat children with speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and needs
- Help children build meaningful, functional communication skills
- Educate and collaborate with caregivers to support progress outside of therapy
- Evaluate and support AAC needs when appropriate
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, educators, physicians, and other members of a child's care team
- Complete evaluations, daily documentation, progress reports, and plans of care in a timely manner
- Grow your clinical skills in the areas of pediatric practice that interest you most
🎓 What We're Looking For
- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
- South Carolina SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Clinical Fellows are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Pediatric experience through employment, internship, or clinical rotations preferred
- AAC and/or feeding experience is a plus, but not required
- A collaborative, dependable, and family-centered approach to pediatric care
💰 Compensation
- Full-time W-2 employment
- Compensation includes both direct therapy and administrative responsibilities
