Job Location: Kuwait & Saudi Arabia Position: Commis III – Pastry & Bakery Nationality: Indian Gender: Male Age Limit: Maximum 28 years Job Summary We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Commis III – Pastry & Bakery professionals to join our hospitality teams in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates should have basic to intermediate knowledge of pastry and bakery preparation, a passion for food production, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities - Assist in preparing pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and other bakery products as per the assigned section. - Follow recipes, portion standards, and preparation methods to ensure consistent quality. - Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food production. - Prepare ingredients, measure quantities, and maintain proper storage of raw materials. - Ensure all food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized. - Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. - Maintain proper stock rotation and minimize food wastage. - Ensure products are presented attractively and meet quality standards. - Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations. - Follow instructions from senior chefs and complete assigned duties efficiently. Candidate Requirements - Relevant experience in a pastry or bakery kitchen is preferred. - Basic knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, and dessert production. - Familiarity with kitchen hygiene and food safety practices. - Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. - Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills. - Willingness to learn and work under the supervision of senior chefs. Salary & Benefits Kuwait: - Basic Salary: KWD 120 per month - Food Allowance: KWD 25 per month Saudi Arabia: - Basic Salary: SAR 1,400 per month - Food Allowance: SAR 400 per month Accommodation and other benefits will be as per the employment contract.
