On June 30, 2024, Manchester Tank announced the acquisition of Ditech Testing, joining the McWane family of companies, a strategic move that strengthens our capabilities within the propane tank and pressure vessel industry. We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician/Mechanic to join our team.  This person is going to be responsible for installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and repairing equipment within the plant.  Responsibilities: - Install systems in accordance with Canadian Electrical Code, provincial regulations, and company standards - Maintain and repair systems with efficiency - Preventative Maintenance and inspections - Maintain accurate records of work completed to include hours worked and materials used - Read blueprints, diagrams and schematics drawings to determine work procedures - Inspect and examine machinery to detect and investigate irregularities - Repair and replace defective parts - Machinery and equipment assemblyThese responsibilities are a highlight and not all inclusive of the work that will be required of this position. - 2+ years of experience within manufacturing environment - RED SEAL Certified - Ability to work individually as well as with a team - Strong familiarity with electrical code - Strong problem solving skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Bilingual English and Franch Why Join Us - Competitive Salary - Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. - Be part of a respected global leader in the propane tank and pressure vessel industry. - Work in an organization that values innovation, customer service, and employee development. - Join a supportive, collaborative team environment with opportunities for long-term growth.We thank all applicants for their interest; only those selected for further consideration will be contacted.
