About the role
We are hiring experienced Head Chef - Pastry for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Head Pastry Chef, Executive Pastry Chef, or equivalent senior pastry/bakery professional.
- Strong professional experience exclusively or predominantly in pastry and bakery operations.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of pastry production, baking techniques, desserts, cakes, breads, and bakery products.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in menu planning, recipe development, quality control, and cost management.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
Salary: KD 875 Basic + KD 25 (FA)
