Who You Are You are a Senior Product Manager within the Insights business unit, responsible for the Datastream product line and its API-based healthcare data products. You translate large business requirements into product strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans across clinical trial eligibility screener, medical record location, and patient history products. You work closely with product owners, development leaders, marketing, sales, customers, and internal stakeholders to improve product-market fit, strengthen commercial traction, and deliver value across life sciences, provider, and patient data markets. This role is primarily remote, with a hybrid schedule on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for candidates located within 40 miles of our offices in Bowie, MD, Canonsburg, PA, or Tampa, FL. What You'll Do • Develop business cases and product strategies to support build, partner, or buy decisions for Datastream products and related platform capabilities. • Build and maintain product roadmaps across clinical trial eligibility screener, medical record location, and patient history products, aligning priorities across multiple markets, data sources, and stakeholder needs. • Translate large business requirements into product backlogs, requirements, and prototypes, and partner with architects, developers, and product owners to support effective implementation. • Lead cross-functional planning for releases, commercialization, and go-to-market activities with the Product PMO, engineering, operations, marketing, and sales teams. • Conduct customer and market interviews across the life sciences ecosystem, provider landscape, and related healthcare markets to identify pain points, market dynamics, and opportunities to improve product-market fit. • Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop messaging, product positioning, pricing strategies, and materials that clearly communicate the value of API-based healthcare data products. • Manage complex product priorities and platform dependencies, and proactively surface concerns, gaps, and risks that could affect product delivery or market success. • Serve as the voice of the market and customer by representing the product area in customer interactions, events, and internal planning discussions. • Analyze product metrics and KPIs to assess market performance, guide decisions, and improve product differentiation and revenue impact. What You'll Need • Minimum of 8 years of software product management experience managing platform or integration products, minimum of 5 years of healthcare information technology experience with a focus on partner integration products, and minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile development methodologies. • BA/BS Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. • Strong product management experience in healthcare, including life sciences or real-world data, healthcare data sources such as EHR, claims, diagnosis codes, and procedure codes, and API-based products. • Proven ability to perform strategically and execute operationally, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams from product concept to launch and reference customers. • Experience creating and launching new products, managing product-market fit challenges, and partnering effectively with product owners, development teams, marketing, and sales. • SaaS or cloud software experience, strong understanding of product marketing, and the ability to explain products at both a high level and in depth. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, with strong organizational, prioritization, troubleshooting, self-management, written, and oral presentation skills. • Demonstrate growth potential and learning agility by quickly building expertise across new healthcare markets, data domains, and customer use cases. • Demonstrate leadership by influencing cross-functional teams, building alignment with stakeholders, and collaborating effectively without overstepping ownership boundaries. • Demonstrate adaptability by adjusting priorities and approaches across multiple products, markets, and dependencies while staying focused on outcomes. • Demonstrate creative thinking by identifying practical ways to strengthen product-market fit, clarify product value, and improve commercialization. • Demonstrate analytical skills by interpreting product metrics, market inputs, and business requirements to inform strategy and roadmap decisions. • Nice to have: Clinical trials experience, FHIR format experience, data analytics experience, AI product work experience, software development or API software development experience, nursing or healthcare provider background, and experience working in regulated healthcare environments.
