The Publishing & Supply Partnerships team in India drives publisher acquisition, integration, and yield monetization across our premium digital inventory network. Following sustained regional growth, we are seeking an operational and partner-focused Partner Manager based in Gurugram.
In this role, you will serve as the primary operational partner for an assigned portfolio of US publisher accounts. Working at the intersection of business and ad technology, you will partner closely with Business Development and central Ad Operations/Product teams to oversee technical onboarding, monitor daily inventory health, maximize yield performance, and identify ongoing account growth opportunities.
About the Role
- Core Mission: Own post-sale operational health, yield optimization, and day-to-day account retention for a dedicated portfolio of US publisher partners.
- Cross-Team Alignment: Act as the operational liaison between publisher partners, local Business Development leads, and global Technical Support/Product teams.
- Scope of Ownership: Guide publishers from post-contract integration through daily pacing, technical tag validation, quarterly business reviews, and account renewal support.
- Success Metric: Portfolio inventory retention, publisher SLA attainment, yield enhancement, and timely resolution of delivery/tagging escalations.
- Process Automation: Build and refine automated workflows to optimize publisher performance, enhance operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Yield Optimization
- Serve as the dedicated day-to-day contact for assigned publisher partners across the US, conducting regular operational check-ins and performance reviews.
- Analyze delivery and revenue metrics to identify traffic trends and revenue leakages.
- Recommend tactical yield enhancements to publisher yield teams, such as optimal ad placements, floor price adjustments, and format expansions.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reporting dashboards to publisher stakeholders and internal leadership.
Technical Onboarding & Integration Support
- Partner with Business Development to manage the operational onboarding of newly contracted publishers.
- Validate integration setups (such as Google Ad Manager line items, Prebid wrapper configurations, direct script tags, SDK integrations) against technical specifications.
- Conduct Tier-1 troubleshooting for common delivery discrepancies, tag errors, and ad rendering issues; gather relevant log data and escalate complex bugs to global Product and R&D teams via structured ticketing workflows.
Commercial Enablement & Retention
- Identify organic upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Teads’ monetization offerings within your active account base.
- Support Business Development during contract renewal cycles by compiling historical performance benchmarks, delivery audits, and value-demonstration reports.
- Maintain clean partner records, pipeline notes, and contract lifecycle milestones in Salesforce.
Automation & Innovation
- Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows and reporting processes aimed at optimizing publisher yield and performance.
- Streamline day-to-day operational tasks and query resolutions to enhance overall team efficiency and account responsiveness.
- Identify and leverage automation opportunities to scale partner accounts, eliminate delivery bottlenecks, and maximize long-term revenue potential.
Requirements & Qualifications
