Responsibilities - Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown. - Welcome attendees and provide general event information. - Help organize event materials, supplies, and designated areas. - Support registration, attendee guidance, and scheduled activities. - Coordinate with team members to complete assigned responsibilities. - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment. - Respond to routine attendee questions and direct requests when necessary. - Help ensure event activities run smoothly and efficiently.
