- Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including user accounts, licensing, groups, and permissions.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and role changes, ensuring access is granted or removed promptly and securely.
- Manage Mac endpoints through Jamf and ABM, including configuration, software deployment, security policies, and lifecycle management.
- Support security initiatives, including endpoint protection, MFA, access controls, and patching.
Projects & Process Improvement
- Partner with the Director of IT on technology standards, policies, and longer-term projects, including implementations, upgrades, migrations, and office expansions.
- Independently manage assigned projects, from requirements and timelines through testing and status updates.
- Research new technologies and recommend solutions based on business needs, security, usability, and cost.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge-base materials.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
