Electronics Assembler

REXA, Inc. is hiring at our brand-new manufacturing facility in Middleborough, MA! We are growing, and we're looking for hands-on, electronics assemblers to join our manufacturing team. Pay: $20.00-$24.00/hour depending on experience This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, utilizing tools, building equipment, reading electrical drawings, and being part of a growing team. You will assemble and test high-performance hydraulic and mechanical systems used in real-world applications.   RESPONSIBILITIES - Assemble electronic subassemblies and parts orders using blueprints and 3D drawings - Troubleshoot assemblies and perform bench testing - Prepare assemblies for shipping - Assist with inventory accuracy - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment   QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of experience working with electronics preferred; equivalent education, technical training, or hands-on experience will be considered. - General knowledge of computers and office software - Ability to perceive color differences required - Ability to read and understand electronic drawings - Ability to use precision measuring instruments, hand tools, and power tools to complete assembly tasks - Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment - High School Diploma or GED   This is a hands-on manufacturing position. The ability to stand for most of the workday and perform tasks involving walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. is required.
