Part Time Client Service Associate
Job Description/Posting
ABOUT THE FIRM
We are a woman-owned independent registered investment advisor in the Metro DC area, built on a simple conviction: that every client deserves a fiduciary partner who takes the time to truly understand their financial life. Our practice serves high-net-worth individuals, couples, and families — with particular depth in serving women and clients navigating significant life transitions, including divorce, the loss of a spouse, and retirement.
We are a small, intentional firm. That means the work you do here is visible, the relationships you build are real, and the career path in front of you is not theoretical.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are growing and looking for a Part Time Client Service Associate to join our team. This is a remote, 20-hour-per-week rule with occasional in-office days at our Silver Spring, Maryland office. Candidates must live within commuting distance. This role is central to delivering a responsive, organized, and seamless client experience by partnering with our financial advisor professionals on service requests, preparing account documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day client needs.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded, with the ability to communicate professionally and follow through on client requests. This is a non-sales, non-business development role focused on supporting existing and prospective client relationships and creating a positive client experience.
This position is ideal for someone seeking long-term, part-time employment in a professional wealth management environment.
