Head of Growth Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing based in Norway. The Head of Growth Marketing will lead customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies for a digital storefront offering in-game currencies and digital goods across Africa and the Middle East. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic ownership of paid acquisition budgets with the development of high-impact CRM and lifecycle marketing programs. You will oversee performance across multiple channels, optimize customer acquisition costs and returns, and drive sustainable revenue growth through data-informed decisions. Working closely with Product, Data, creative specialists, and market teams, you will turn commercial priorities into effective campaigns and measurable results. You will also build and develop a high-performing team while establishing a culture of continuous experimentation and creative optimization.
