About the role

Product MarketingRoadmappingGo-to-Market
We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own how Minut launches, positions, and grows adoption of its hardware and software. You'll sit between Product, Marketing, and Sales, and be the voice of the customer. Minut is now three products built on one platform: Minut Short Stays for hosts and property managers, Minut Hotels for hotels and aparthotels, and Minut Living for multifamily, senior care, and student housing operators. Every one of them runs on our own sensors (including the M3, E1, and G1) and our privacy-first technology, SmokeID and AudioID. You'll launch new devices and features across that family, turn deeply technical capabilities into clear, human stories, and drive customer growth across the product range. This is a hands-on role with real influence. You won't just tell the market what we've built; you'll shape what we build next, bringing the team evidence-backed ideas on what to develop and improve to drive growth and reduce churn. - Market a product that combines hardware and software/subscription, building go-to-market across Minut Short Stays, Minut Hotels and Minut Living - Launch new hardware and software products end to end, and drive adoption after launch day - Own the revenue targets for your launches, and be accountable for the pipeline and revenue each one delivers, not just for shipping on time - Turn very technical concepts into simple, memorable and accurate stories, and adapt the message for buyers, end users, sales teams and partners - Run customer marketing programmes (onboarding, lifecycle, upsell and cross-sell campaigns) that grow revenue from existing customers - Drive product-led growth (PLG) with the product team by designing in-app journeys, prompts and upgrade moments that increase adoption and expansion - Shape the product roadmap with customer insight and data, set KPIs, track product and funnel data, and turn it into clear decisions - Use AI every day to scale the work: build AI agents and automated workflows, and keep finding new ways AI can help the team get better results - 4+ years of product marketing experience, ideally with a product that combines hardware and software/subscription - A track record of launching products end-to-end and owning their revenue and adoption targets - A talent for making very technical concepts simple, memorable and accurate - Experience with customer marketing or product-led growth (PLG) - An AI-native, data-driven way of working You're the rigth fit if: - You’re curious about customers and turn what you hear into action - You bring ideas proactively and back them up with evidence - You think about a launch as the start of adoption, not the finish line - You don’t need a large team or elaborate process to get things done Small team. Direct communication. High ownership, low process overhead. We use Notion, Slack, Customer.io, GA4, and Amplitude. You don't need to know all of these on day one, but you do need to be comfortable getting up to speed fast. - Co-ownership - you’ll receive an equity stock options package. If the company value increases, so does the value of your stake. - Learning – Be part of an environment highly focused on knowledge and developing new skills. - Wellness grant - You may use up to £50/month towards any wellness-related activities, such as gym membership or sports activities. - A hybrid working policy (at least 2 days per week from our London office). Our office is in Runway East, 189 Shaftesbury Avenue, London. - UK workplace pension scheme. - Private dental scheme. - Bike-to-work and workplace nursery schemes. - Off-site – Company-wide retreat in beautiful locations.
