Product Development & Delivery - Work closely with software developers, DevOps engineers, and Architecture teams throughout the product development lifecycle. - Translate product requirements into clear features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring priorities and requirements are clearly communicated and understood. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives. - Validate delivered functionality against business requirements and ensure solutions meet user expectations. - Balance new feature development, technical debt, innovation, and ongoing product maintenance. AI, Innovation & Continuous Improvement - Actively identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve internal products and business processes. - Apply AI tools and technologies to enhance product discovery, requirements analysis, decision-making, and day-to-day productivity. - Collaborate with Engineering to explore AI-powered capabilities and assess their potential business value. - Promote experimentation, continuous learning, and a culture of innovation. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams. - Build strong relationships across the organisation to understand evolving business needs and priorities. - Communicate product decisions, progress, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. - Manage competing requirements across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring transparency and alignment. - Adapt quickly to changing business priorities, new technologies, and evolving organisational needs.
