Metasys Technologies is looking for multiple IT Help Desk Technician candidates for a contract opportunity. We have multiple openings with one of our clients for a IT Help-desk Technician role. please see the job description below for more information: Position: IT Help-desk Technician Duration: 1+ month Location: Atlanta, GA 30308 Pay Rate: $15-$17/hr. on W2 Job Description: Candidates will spend their time at a workstation processing Level 1 help desk tickets in our Incident Tracking system. They must read and analyze the information in the ticket. If necessary they will need to contact clients to obtain additional information to aide in resolution or ticket routing.
