We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to help us scale our people operations, from contracts and onboarding to payroll and employee administration, with Belgium as our main hub. Responsibilities - Support day-to-day HR operations (payroll, contracts, and compliance), mainly for Belgium - Act as the go-to person for employee admin questions (vacation attestations, local labor rules, visa sponsorship, etc.) - Smooth onboarding/offboarding - Help manage employee benefits, including Belgian programs like Mobility budget, group insurance, eco and meal vouchers, and healthcare, plus equivalents in other countries - Work with HR tools and vendors such as Oyster, Rippling, Deel and local payroll partners - Coordinate with legal and HR partners when questions come up around compliance or local employment rules
