Technical Enablement Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Enablement Manager based in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical enablement professional to build and scale technical readiness across customer-facing engineering teams at a fast-growing cybersecurity company. You will initially focus on Sales Engineering, helping new hires become confident in product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, and customer interactions. Working closely with enablement leadership, engineering managers, and customer-facing teams, you will transform real-world challenges into scalable training programs, hands-on labs, certifications, and practical technical resources. You will also ensure teams stay up to date with rapid product releases by translating new features into actionable demonstrations, deployment guides, and troubleshooting materials. By leveraging AI tools and automation, you will develop efficient enablement systems that support a growing global team without sacrificing quality. This remote role is ideal for a technically strong, customer-focused professional who enjoys teaching, solving complex problems, and helping teams deliver exceptional customer experiences.
