Strategic Communications & Web Project Manager (Contract)

Our partner is looking for a Strategic Communications & Web Project Manager (Contract) based in the United States. The Strategic Communications & Web Project Manager will oversee digital production and strategic communications projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables are launched accurately and on schedule. This contract role focuses on two key workstreams: an internal Strategic Partnerships Office Hub website and hyperlocal community one-pagers for external audiences. Acting as the operational link between leadership, creative teams, community development stakeholders, and external agency partners, you will keep projects organized and moving forward. You will coordinate content development, design reviews, stakeholder feedback, quality assurance, and website updates. Success in this role requires strong project management, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining timelines and budgets. This is an immediate-start contract opportunity running through the end of the year, within a collaborative, remote-first environment.
