Senior Director, Revenue

We are seeking an accomplished revenue accounting leader to build and scale a specialized function supporting a rapidly growing technology business operating across complex hardware, manufacturing, and government contracting environments. In this high-impact role, you will oversee the global revenue lifecycle, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, strong financial controls, and compliance with applicable accounting standards. You will partner closely with Finance, Sales, Legal, Engineering, and Operations to structure commercial agreements and translate complex project activities into reliable financial reporting. You will also lead a high-performing team, guide mergers and acquisitions integration, and drive process automation across financial systems. This opportunity combines strategic leadership with deep technical accounting expertise in an innovative, fast-paced environment. The role can be performed onsite or in a hybrid arrangement in College Park, Maryland, with fully remote flexibility available for the right candidate.
