Principal MEP and Facilities Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal MEP and Facilities Engineer based in the United States. This senior engineering role offers the opportunity to shape the design, construction, and performance of complex facilities supporting highly regulated cultivation, manufacturing, laboratory, and distribution operations. You will provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure, HVAC systems, building automation, and environmental controls. Your expertise will help create reliable, energy-efficient environments where temperature, humidity, airflow, ventilation, and CO₂ management are critical to operational success. Working closely with Operations, Facilities, Construction, Quality, and Compliance teams, you will lead capital projects, assess facility infrastructure, and coordinate engineering partners across domestic and international locations. The position combines strategic engineering oversight with practical problem-solving, commissioning support, and continuous facility improvement. This is a full-time, remote and field-based opportunity for an experienced professional located near a major airport, with travel required up to 60% of the time.
