Manager, Global Mobility & People Relations

Our partner is looking for a Manager, Global Mobility & People Relations based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead global mobility, immigration oversight, and people relations initiatives within a collaborative, internationally connected environment. In this role, you will oversee relocation and immigration programs, manage external service providers, and help ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and HR partners, providing guidance on HR practices, employee concerns, and organizational policies. Combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution, you will lead cross-functional projects, strengthen processes, and support continuous improvement across the HR function. You will use data, clear communication, and sound judgment to manage sensitive matters and keep multiple priorities moving forward.
