Manager, Accounts Payable

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Accounts Payable based in the United States. As Manager, Accounts Payable, you will oversee the full accounts payable lifecycle while leading a team and maintaining hands-on involvement in daily financial operations. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payments across domestic and international transactions, including foreign-currency payments. Working closely with Finance and Administration leadership, you will strengthen financial controls, improve reporting accuracy, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. You will manage vendor relationships, resolve complex payment issues, and oversee expense management systems and associated workflows. Through effective team leadership and cross-functional collaboration, you will promote accountability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
