About the role
CRMAMLQuality Assurance
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Listing Verification Specialist based in France.
As a Listing Verification Specialist, you will help maintain the accuracy, reliability, and quality of vehicle listings on a fast-growing U.S. online car auction marketplace. You will review seller documentation, validate vehicle details, and ensure listings meet quality standards before publication. Working remotely, you will communicate directly with U.S. sellers to confirm information, resolve discrepancies, and gather missing details. Your attention to detail will help prevent errors, reduce cancellations, and keep the listing process moving efficiently. This is a detail-oriented verification and operations role, not a sales position. You will collaborate closely with the Listing Team, manage priorities, and contribute to a smooth and trustworthy auction experience.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will oversee listing verification activities, maintain accurate records, and support sellers throughout the listing process.
- Review seller documents, including vehicle titles and registration records, to verify their authenticity, completeness, and accuracy.
- Inspect vehicle photos, trim levels, mileage, and other listing details, identifying inconsistencies and requesting corrections when necessary.
- Prioritize the Submitted queue and move qualified listings to the Listed stage as quickly as possible.
- Contact U.S. sellers by phone and text to confirm information, verify their intention to sell, and collect missing details.
- Answer basic questions from sellers about the auction process and next steps, escalating complex inquiries to the appropriate listing agent.
- Organize and tag leads in the CRM, identify potential cancellation risks, and conduct follow-ups with approved scripts.
- Provide clear, accurate notes to the Listing Team and meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable communicating with U.S. sellers in a remote, performance-driven environment. Strong English communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
- Near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the confidence to communicate with U.S. sellers throughout each shift.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent approach to accurate documentation and record keeping.
- Confidence making outbound calls and sending text messages to verify information and follow up with sellers.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn and use CRM systems and digital tools effectively.
- Full-time availability during U.S. business hours.
- Previous experience in automotive operations, document verification, KYC, quality assurance, data entry, or remote review is an advantage.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary in USD, paid monthly.
- 10 paid vacation days per year.
- Fully remote work arrangement.
- Opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing online vehicle marketplace.
- Supportive working environment with access to guidance from the partner company and its client.
- Short, streamlined assessment process, including a two-minute video question and a brief live call to assess spoken English for shortlisted candidates.
