In-House Counsel

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an In-House Counsel based in the United States. As In-House Counsel, you will serve as the primary legal advisor and a strategic partner to executive leadership at a fast-growing, mission-driven climate technology organization. You will oversee the full spectrum of legal matters, with a particular focus on construction law, complex commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the legal and contracts function, establish scalable processes, and guide critical business decisions. Working cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sales, HR, and leadership, you will help the organization grow responsibly while protecting its commercial interests. This remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced attorney who combines sound legal judgment with strong business acumen and leadership skills.
