Head of Strategic Finance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Strategic Finance based in the United States. This is an opportunity to lead strategic finance at a fast-growing global fintech operating at the intersection of corporate payments, treasury, and stablecoin infrastructure. Reporting to the President and CFO, you will own company-wide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range modeling while helping leadership make data-driven strategic decisions. You will translate complex financial and operational performance into actionable insights for executives, the Board, and investors. Working across Finance, Data, Capital Markets, Financial Operations, and Risk, you will connect growth, liquidity, credit performance, and capital efficiency into a unified financial strategy. You will also modernize financial workflows through AI-powered automation and scalable systems. This remote US-based role is ideal for a hands-on finance leader who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to build, lead, and continuously improve the strategic finance function.
